Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Refund Policy at any time.

 

Payment and Refund 2021 
 

Based on current Situation of Pandemic:

We will accept payments no later then one week before the start of the course. 

In case of cancelation due to the current situation by us or by a participant (illness, travel restrictions, lockdown, ext.)  you will get a full refund. 

 

*This applies only for the year 2021. For future courses our usual Payment, Cancellation and Refund policy will apply.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy deals with the circumstances under which you are not able to participate in workshops organized by us. In such cases, the participant can apply for the cancellation and will be entitled to a refund. We allow cancellation under two circumstances:

  • Cancellation owing to personal reasons;

  • Cancellation due to any reasons other than personal reasons.

 

  1. REFUND POLICY

Refunds. A participant will be entitled to claim a refund on account of the cancellation of his participation due to personal reasons and other than personal reasons. 

If the cancellation takes place on account of personal reasons of the participant, then a refund will be issued subject to the following conditions:

  • If cancellation is applied, three months before the starting date of the event i.e up to (date) , by the Participant: In this case, 80% of the fees paid by the Participant shall be eligible for a refund.

  • If cancellation is applied, two months before the starting date of the event i.e up to (date) , by the Participant: In this case, 50% of the fees paid by the Participant shall be eligible for a refund.

  • If cancellation is applied, four weeks or less before the starting date of the event by the Participant: In this case, 20% of the fees paid by the Participant shall be eligible for a refund.

  • Serious issues like injury detrimental to the health of the Participant, etc: Refund will be allowed at our sole discretion under severe issue based on discussion and supporting documents available with us.

If the cancellation takes place on account of other than personal reasons of the participant, then a refund will be issued subject to the following conditions:

  • In case, we are unable to organize the event due to the restrictions imposed by the Government, on account of the current situation of Covid Pandemic, lockdown imposed, travel restrictions imposed, or any other restriction imposed by the Government, or due to any other unforeseen circumstances like a hurricane, flood, earthquakes, riots, terrorist attack,epidemic,pandemic etc. then under such situations, Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event or to postpone the event to any other date, or to organize event online.

  • In case of postponement of the event due to the reason mentioned above, you may keep your registration and participate at a later date. Alternatively, you may apply for cancellation, under which you will be allowed a refund of the fees paid to us, as reduced by administrative fees of  i.e 50 EUROS.

  • If due to unforeseen circumstances, a real-time event has been canceled and the online version of that event is required to be provided to the Participant on account of such cancellation, then you can participate in an online event at a discounted rate. If you have paid the full amount of fees for the real-time event, then you will be eligible to get the refund of the balance fee amount left after the discount.

However, in a determination to accomplish user satisfaction we will entertain legitimate requests for the refund on a case-by-case basis. In this case, you should contact us on our email: immersiondance21@gmail.com

We will refund you back in the following other circumstances:

  1. If we conclude that the original payment was made out of fraud;

  2. If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error;

  3. If we make a refund as per the provision of our refund policy which is updated by us from time to time;

  4. If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.

  1. HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND?

Our refund policies are simple. You can claim a refund by:

We are happy to support you if there is any issue you can contact our back-office team for any inquiry or problem.

If for any reason, our back-office staff confirms the refund. Then, the refund will be made accordingly.

 

  1. UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY

In case if any order is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes - the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and www. immersiondance.net will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.

  1. METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

We will refund your amount to the original payment method, once it has been processed.

  1. REFUND CYCLE:

The complete refund process normally takes about 5-15 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
